SVS SB 3000 Issue Help Please ? ( Solved )

Sounds like the woofer is broken to me.

How high was the subwoofer volume before that happen?

I'm guessing it's still under warranty so why not contact SVS first?

I never exaggerated the volume, and always used panamax 5400.
Volume always at -9 on subwoofer and receiver -7 and master never down -10.

I'm guessing it's still under warranty so why not contact SVS first?
I've already sent an email to them, but I'm curious about what it could be, and I'm also from another country, so it's even more complicated.

Had the exact same failure twice. They also sent replacement woofers. Didn’t realize that the LFE channel was so much hotter than music. With sub set perfectly for music, I’d switch to Netflix and the first space scene in Ad Astra started crackling huge. I have now set up the 4 pre set buttons on the Denon remote to have an Apple TV - Music preset with subs at 0 and Apple TV - Movies with subs at -10. And even then I sometimes think I hear a crackle. You’d think they (SVS or any sub manufacturer) could figure out a way to have a built in limiter....
