Hum on Pyle Hybrid amps when Microphone volume used

I have several Pyle amplifiers I use in a party bus. Yes they are cheap! But I wouldn't want something super expensive that could be damaged. Everything works from bluetooth to the audio inputs. My biggest problem with these amps is when you turn the microphone volume up, you get a constant hum regardless if a microphone is plugged in or not. Is there anyway to fix this hum?

Move the amp. Is this when a cable is connected, or not? If it is with the cable, you need to realize that without being terminated, it's acting as an antenna. If it doesn't matter whether the cable is connected, move the amp and look for power/accessory wiring near its location.

Is this actually hum, or it it buzzing and whine that increases/decreases in pitch with engine RPM? What power source is being used- inverter, batteries, plugged into AC power?

Lay out the system and post it here.
