M&K Vx-1250Bk subwoofer.

Anybody know anything about the M&K Vx-1250 subwoofer and what the BK means? Also, is it a good sub? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking at the Vx-1250BK. I've read your review on the V-1250, is it the same as the Vx-1250BK?

BK after a model number often just means color black for that model? Manual may have some info for you https://www.manualslib.com/manual/104767/Mk-Sound-Vx-1250.html#manual appears to be from the old Miller & Kreisel rather than the latest incarnation of the brand as MK Sound (which I'd rather have).

This is the company. Apparently they have according to their website a long history in audio for those in the know/professional audio side. What you have from how they name looks to be a prior model that is a 12 inch sealed unit. The BK I am not certain of just from the perspective that the company does not on their website have a prior model area. From what it looks like this unit should sound good though.

The brand changed hands a while back and Ken Kreisel now has his own brand going separately (M&K was Miller & Kreisel). The new owner is MK Sound but not really a continuous history with Ken Kreisel on the other hand, altho I believe they still produce some of the old designs still....think it was even somewhat dormant for a bit in between changing ownership? ....been a while.
