Need help with speaker - amp pairing!

Need help finding proper AMP for Neumi BS5 speakers
I am new to the audio game. I just got my Neumi BS5 speakers but did not realize they don't come with wire and require an amp to use...oops.
These speakers are 6 ohm and rated for 15-100W. Someone mentioned that due to this info on the company website: Sensitivity: 86dB 1W/1M, the speaker is inefficient and that I should be ok with 50w amp? My understanding is that it would be best to have an amp that can pump out 150w (50% more than your speakers is recommended?) to both channels. Do I really need 100+ W PER channel? Also for example, do I need to find a 2 channel amp with 300W power or 150W power? It looks like i'm going to need to spend double the price of the speakers to even get an amp that can safely work with them. Is there a budget option for such a configuration that isn't low quality like Fosi? Amazon seems to have nothing.
Where can I look to find an amp that can satisfy my speaker's power demands for sub $200?
Also any recommendations on some speaker wire for these speakers?
This is one i found that i thought may work but it seems the power supply sucks?

I'd look for a used receiver on craigslist, should be able to get something decent for $100 or so with good power and various connectivity options. If small is a requirement then maybe I'd look at SMSL and similar class d chip amps. I think you're overthinking the amp power needed to an extent, it really boils down to how far from the speakers you'll sit and how loud you play. The wattage spec on the SMSL is based on what particularly? I'd say it's likely at a fairly high THD and just generally overstated. Might look at various SMSL amp reviews at audiosciencereview.com to see claimed power vs tested, too.

That review is the reason I bought the speakers actually. Do you think I should just get powered speakers since I'm using them just for desktop and phone music? I do care about sound quality but maybe investing in low budget passive speakers is less worth it than powered?

Active speakers would be simpler and would work well in your application it seems and possibly alleviate the need for extra hardware. Personally I have a pair of JBL LSR305 active speakers, and like those a lot, particularly for the money; I've got a few pairs of passive speakers I've run on a d class chip amp, too but have to give the edge to the JBLs for the $. YMMV.

Did you notice these speakers don't use rca connectors? They accept 1/4" and xlr type connectors so with most consumer gear you'll need appropriate adapter cables....
