Does anyone use LED light strips behind their display? Came across this article (https://www.howtogeek.com/213464/how-to-decrease-eye-fatigue-while-watching-tv-and-gaming-with-bias-lighting/) and have seen several similar posts about this being a really good thing to do, but I haven't seen much discussion here about it and I trust AH more than random websites. The look could be cool, but not sure if it actually does anything to help the picture (or the people viewing the picture).

Thanks,
Tim

I've experienced reduced eye strain since installing lights behind my LED display. Worth it for me.

I have done it, and I also really liked it! It does seem to help with eye strain, and to me it seems to add a touch of class to the entire presentation. I tend to choose a background color that will match up with the dominate background from my source content.

I had this set up in my old house, but have not done it again in my new house, but it is on my to do list!

You should search the forum, there are a few threads on here, this is likely the longest thread
