Amp and Sub problems

I have a 2014 Ford Focus se outback and I’m using a Pyle 1400 watt 2 channel amp and a pioneer sub. Everything in the car is connected and the amp has power but when I plug the rca connectors in that run from my high/low level converter to my amp there’s still no sound coming out of my sub. But when the rca cables are plugged in just about half way to the amp I get some noise coming out of the sub. If anybody could help it would be really appreciated. I’m pretty new to car stuff and amps or subs so try your best to put it in easy terms if you could.

This is not a car audio forum. You should try a car forum. We have enough trouble sorting out home audio and theater problems here already.

I will say I think your post is nowhere near clear or precise enough for anyone to help you.
