If you keep yelling, we might not answer.

If Outlaw is out, they are out. Can't say if that's temporary or permanent. Please don't blame me... mine are over a year old. They are also not for sale. :)

I've never heard anything against Outlaw B-Stock. If it comes with a warranty or reasonable return policy, then why not try it?

No, don't do it. If something goes wrong you will not get any help or support from Outlaw. Stay away from that company if you can.

Johnny, you can check out their preferred customer support process here:
You can read here and make your own assessment of the single complaint I have seen against Outlaw CS:

If I were in your shoes, I would call Outlaw and ask when they expect more 2200's.
Also note that the 2200 is made in the same facility that makes amps for Parasound!

However, to answer your question, the B-stock Outlaws I got were new as far as I could tell, I'm sure they are open box returns. To me that means that they might have a sheen on top where another piece of gear's rubber feet were slid across it, or equivalent ... but call and ask if you have concerns!

I've had good luck with b stock and factory refurbs in the past. That said I don't own any Outlaw gear, but given the current situation I'd give them a shot if the warranty is fair enough. Might be a long time before they're back in stock.

I have never heard anything bad about Outlaw in general or their customer service. No idea where that came from.

Music Direct had new M2200’s last week, haven’t looked more recently

At the bottom of that link it says to please contact them for availability. I suspect they don't have it either. They may simply direct ship from Outlaw's facility.
After my post I looked on their site and saw that as well but I know they had them listed as in stock just last week as I’ve been contemplating a pair of their Mono Blocks for a project and was Shopping around.
When I saw them at Music Direct at the regular $399 each price I decided to hold off and just wait for one of outlaws holiday sales and get a third amp as a spare for the same $800.

You get it now...just FYI...in chat rooms, online forums in general...all caps equates to shouting.

I own 3 (should've been 5) Outlaw monoblock amps...all new, but I've purchased Rotel b-stock and Sight and Sound thrives off Parasound b stock...typically a full warranted item that has a minor cosmetic blemish on the faceplate, etc....you can ask what caused it to become b-stock and confirm the warranty.

IDK what the manufacturing climate is like in Taiwan right now in the midst of covid-19 so it's hard to say when they will be back in stock.

I just inquired with Outlaw regarding the 2200's coming back in stock. They told me "as for when the A stock M2200s will be back in stock, you'll know shortly after we know, as it will be back on the site."

I have b-stock outlaw 5000 it came with the same warranty as new unit ( 5 years ) in fact last mount I had to send the unit back because something append to the center channel. Outlaw repaired it and sended back to me the same week. I see nothing wrong with getting B stock from them.

Yeah, I think most of us would agree with you. I think he's trying to make some kind of joke, but is a little confused about the concept of the punchline...

Shipping won't be cheap, at 50 lbs boxed. Who paid for it? I guess they may want you to pay one way and they pay for the return.
