That's awesome! You got it all fixed up and nice looking too. It's inviting. Makes me wanna sip some of my special hot coco-cocoa (as in coconut oil-canna extract) and sit in a comfy chair in front of those speakers for a while. Zone out, spin some vinyl and listen to the pops and cracks that come with it. I know it's gotta sound pretty good. I have those speakers too!

Well anytime you guys wanna shoot the breeze and are in my neck of the woods...You can come over anytime. It's been fun and frustrating at the same time, but I'm very happy the way it turned out. Went to the thrift store and found this Hitachi HT-356($5.99 a couple of hairline scratches) turntable direct drive. It's a beauty in person and Integra Bluray player DBS-50.3(minty $7.99 which is a system of its own) matches with my Integra reciever. Gonna need the code for my Logitech remote. My Sony Blu-ray will go in my room. Rah

The version before my flagship 50.3 is the 50.2 and it cost $700.  I'm surely lucky.

I was bored after work and went to my local goodwill where I returned the other Yammy which I got a store credit for $26 and got this Yammy 5.1(Minty condition. No remote or ypao setup mic) for $12. Released in 2010. I'll probably set this up in my bedroom with my Boston speakers and Onkyo sub. Too lazy to take pics. Eat your heart out Pogre. anyone know which ypoa mic I need for this Yamaha HTR-3063BL? Edit
Seems like it did not come with a ypoa mic originally. I guess it's set up manually?

Look what I found. I hope it works, gulp. Edit It works beautifully, whoa. 10 inch Velodyne for $21! I'm all set. Rah Rah Rah.

Found some info online:
Velodyne VA Series Subwoofer. This is a 10" active driver and a 12" down firing passive radiator model VA10BVX10. This is when they were still made in California USA. Frequency response 25 Hz to about 75Hz. Measures 17" deep x 17.5 wide x 18.5 tall.
Sold in 1996 for $800!

Whoever owned this sub took great care of it. The drivers are in tip top condition. I know alot of people dismiss passive radiator subs, but this thing sounds great for movies plus it's a Velodyne. This thing goes deep!I'm just so amazed by it. I tuned it with my jazz CD Walking With My Bass. My go to cd for tuning my subs by ear. Rah

Bought this at my local thrift store today. Never heard of the company, but it had some good weight to it and was a 10 inch sub, so I got it for $15. No ac cord so I couldn't try it. Plugged it in and it would not turn on. NO LIGHTS. I thinking it needs a new Fuse or fried amp? Looks in great shape though. Gonna have to open it up sometime this weekend cause no Fuse outside. Thoughts anyone? Here are some pics(not my pics haha lazy) and Proficient PS10 sub descriptions:

Very sweet setup indeed! Man you seem to find some good deals bro! I’ve used those trays for my surrounds before they worked out well! Oh I’m digging the star wars dudes on top your speakers!

I found a JBL SUB10 at a Goodwill the other day and almost got excited til I saw the price. They want 79 bucks for this thing?! Are you kidding me? It's all beat to poop. I mighta gave 'em 15 tho...

I'm surprised they are asking for so much. Weird how they price some stuff sometimes. I have seen some subs for $40 or below.

Hell naw. I don't need a 10" sub, but for 15 bucks I might be willing to experiment with one. But yeah, I was a little floored when I saw the price. That thing is all dinged up. Worse than it looks in the couple of pics. Almost every corner is banged up on it.
