That’s a pretty big room. I’d say over 6000cuft assuming 9’ ceilings.
From SVS, I’d consider at least a pair of pc/Pb 4000’s, and maybe a pair of ultras. I would also consider very capable towers as mains and possibly as a center as well. @danzilla has 3 JBL 590’s as LCR and loves it. I understand though wanting to be IW too. Where are you located, generally speaking?
My ceilings are only 7.5’ as it is in my basement. I am located in Ontario, Canada a few hours north of Toronto. I bought a perforated screen to have the lcr behind it as I really liked the sound coming through it when I heard one in a demo room, apposed to from beneath and beside it.

In that case why are you interested in in walls? Just curious how you got there. Also, are you intending to put speakers other than the atmos speakers in the ceiling? Maybe I misread your last post, but in an Atmos system the bed layer should never be in the ceiling(or bulkhead as I read).

I just like the invisible feeling of inwall. Only the atmos will be in ceiling. Two infront of the center bulk head and two behind of it. My side surrrounds will be at ear level in the two pillars and the rear surrounds will be in the side wall of the rear bulk just because the RR does not have a wall under it. If I could find white On wall, I would consider for the two rear surrounds. I have attached a few photos.
