Snakeeyes just said this above. Your Klipsch speakers may be easy enough to drive without needing an external 2-channel amp. What model are they? We can look up what Klipsch says about their power needs.
Are you looking to set up a 2-zone system where the 2nd zone is your front patio, pool & outdoor kitchen? If so, you probably will need a separate amplifier to drive the outdoor speakers while still using the AVR indoors as the switch center.
Again, it depends on the power needs of the speakers, but I think you can find something less expensive than those Rotel amps.
As far as "pumping music" to those locations, you're on your own
