It will help but down the road I'll still need monopole speakers and a little more buffed up plus bipole speakers have no business in the back you really need a flat wall for bipole speakers in the rear

I never understand folks who balk at big "ugly" beautiful speakers like that. I think they look nice and don't detract from the aesthetics of the room at all. I mean, look at 'em!

Ya just thinking to get some distance from the original investment and make the best for a few months until things settle down. The room is a rectangle or is it a different shape?

My ol monkey coffins are ugly by comparison to those ultras, but to me they’re still way better performing, and way better looking than BS speakers on stands. Can’t wait to find you someday in AZ!!!

I think the bookshelf is a better match with the towers than the dedicated center, tho I wouldn't be upset if I had one of those either. And thank you.

It's 18 by 18 squared then the wall to the left starts to gradually slant in till both walls narrow at the door so big room with a lot of weird angles so a lot of acoustic challenges!

In boxes I have the 4 RSL for the ceiling and a pair of Canton In-walls 969 for the sides with matching Ceramic coated Aluminum tweeters to my front 3 Cantons. Down the road I would love to have dual subs.

The svs ultra center is a really good 3 way design center speaker. You should get the center and another ultra bookshelf to make a 7.2

I’ll get pictures sometime of them , they hurt my ears sometimes overly bright . My Sony shelf system system speakers actually are more balanced and they don’t hurt my ears as much despite being a ton cheaper . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Last edited: Oct 8, 2019
