It depends on your seating distance and how loud you listen. I highly recommend you used the calculator I linked in post#7 before you shop for a new AVR or AVR+power amp.
On paper, I would consider those speakers tough to drive, even just based on that linked S&V review. If you sit 10 ft or farther and want reference level you probably should return them or you are going to be shopping for very capable power amps and an AVR or AVP that has high enough clean pre out voltage.
If you sit 8, or even 10 ft, but are happy with 5 dB or more below reference level (loud enough for a lot of people), then any mid range AVR can do a decent job as long as you set the XO for the LCR to 80 Hz or higher.
