Am I considered Audiophile?

Your at the right place. This forum, members will use a lot of acronyms, short hand text kind of thing. Hell just the other day, I was looking at a amp, and low and behold it had a "tunnel". I didn't see from the posted photo the power transistors on the rails. But I posted "where did they hide the power " trans" short for transistors..PENG got a kick out of it. They assumed I was talking about, power supply.
Anyways you just made my day! No, no one is saying your a Audio-fool.. LMAO. If that would be the case, everyone on AH would be one including Gene he owns the website. Hang around, get to know some of the members.

Just heard that Cybertron systems is releasing their new subwoofer called “The Megatron Blaster.” Inspired by the transformer Megatron.

It can play down to 5 hz at 115 db open space and less than .001 THD+n The subwoofer weighs in at 485 lbs and they are giving it a nickname the “Big-show”.

My only issue is my basement is 7 ft high and with the spikes the sub stands 7 ft 1/8”. It retails for $5000 US

Any ideas how I can get the megatron into my room would be appreciated

Yeah many can get infected really bad . Some would say your born with this disease Audiophile. . Audiophilia that's the final stage right before your wallet goes empty

Didn't Gene, a while back ask on the forum he had a storage room full of cables didn't have use for anymore or to many He wanted to clear out. That anyone who would go help him clean out his storage building they could have pick of the litter of cables. Loveinthehd, you don't think Gene, is a closet high in Cable Guy huh?.

Sounds like Josh Ricci's ZOD Maul but taller? Take the spikes off, it'll fit!

When you click them the thumbs both up and down are near to each other. It’s very easy to click the wrong one.
.... Oh! Before I forget: I must be an Audiofool because I gave up my Magnepan 1.7i, Rotel RC1082 and RB 1080 2w200watts including Straightwire Encore cables with OPPO BDP103, so I can come back to box speakers etc. But why should I pay 5 or 10,000 dollars again to have nice quality. Anyway, my living room is small, so!
What is your set up anyway?
