There are a few dealers that run around here and always offer up help. The thing about doing what you're talking about is getting your name out there so people in your area will call you do perform these services. That's the hard part.
Not only that, most people don't even care about any sort of calibration because they think things look/sound fine on default settings. I've helped many friends set their systems up and they all are astonished at how much different things can sound/look when set up properly. I am by no means a pro, but my know how is MUCH higher than theirs considering they know nothing at all.
Would I try to charge people for calibrations/installations? No simply because to start something like that now would be almost pointless as there are probably names in your area that have been around for a long time, if they still exist. This isn't an easy business to make money in.
