Why would you downgrade from 150 WPC to a 75 WPC amp?

If you're getting Mac, why not get a 300 Watts x 2Ch amp like the MC302?

I bet you saw all those warm TUBES and figured they made the sound warmer. All in your head. Placebo effect. :D

According to McIntosh, the FR on that amp is 20Hz-20kHz +0.0dB/ -0.5dB, which means they might very slightly (0.5dB is VERY SLIGHT) taper the treble from 8kHz-20kHz. But I don't see how -0.5dB is going to make a significant difference.

So, What amp do you recommend for hifi, while capable to par with 11.1 surround. And I will use the denon x6500h for pre-amp

How many channels are you looking for? What model and sensitivity of speakers you will be driving? What distance will speakers be from listening position?

Is it for driving the two Martin Logan's?

The stereo amp just to drive the ML impression the rest 8surrounds and the center will drive by the denon 6500h. About 10ft away from the Impression

By the way, room size is 13ft by 26ft
My suggestions for decently priced and excellent amplification are as follows:

A pair of Outlaw Monoblocks providing 300 watts each at 4 ohms. This has excellent specs and is a reliable product for $399 each:

https://www.outlawaudio.com/products/2200.html

Another suggestion this time for a 3 channel amp that would drive your 3 front channels, as there is a lot of audio content on the center channel and you also need adequate headroom. This also outputs 300 watts/ch with very low distortion as well:

This amplifier is in the same quality bracket as the Outlaw and well built. You get the third channel for only $100 more than the cost of their 2 channel model, a real bargain for $1099.

Another suggestion if l your final decision is for a 2 channel amp would be the pro audio QSC DCA 1222. I am using three of those in my HT system and it also has amazing specs and is absolutely reliable. This product is used in Cineplex theaters all across North America.
It has cooling fan and if you will be sitting about 9 feet or more from it, you should never hear it:

After reviewed all the model I like the Monolith 3X. This one may work best for me, three channels can drive my Impressions and ML Stage X at the same time.

Might want to think later down the line also.

The Denon X6500 AVR is great, but would you ever want to upgrade to separates? :D

Ever have that itch?

How Channels would you need for the room?

7.1.4?

If 7.1.6 is possible in your future, might get a Monolith X7. If you have that itch for the Monolith HTP-1, then you could just add another X7 amp. Just a thought. :D
