There are CNC shops everywhere that will do a cut job for reasonable money if you have a set of plans. I see flat pack kits for sale everywhere for big dollars... seems like this could be something the community figures out.

Look for woodworking forums- they use CNC frequently and many have plans for building low-budget CNC routers.
