I hate it that I cooked some chicken legs in my slow cooker all day for 8-hours. Then, boiled some noodles, drained them and put them back into my slow cooker. Added some cream cheese and some Alfredo sauce. Took the chicken legs (after cooling) and picked the meat off of the bones. Added the pulled chicken meat to my slow cooker and stirred it up real good. After and hour or so on low it was done.
Come to find out I only ate (2) small bowels of it. It seemed to taste fine. Unfortunately, the next morning I opened it up and it smelled rotten to the core. No joke. Most of this week I have been sicker than a dog and have had food poisoning. Finally, went to my doctor and was given some medicine. Just now feeling a little better. Needless to say, I will not be eating Chicken Alfredo for a very long time!
Cheers,
Phil
