I have audioquest rocket 33 wire and audioquest xlr balance cable emotiva preamp to xpa 2power amp to preamp only I have a pro ject turntable and the emotiva erc CD player
Let me try again, to save you time referring to my previous posts, the specific questions are:

1. What types/makes/models of your media sources, you answered Pro-ject turntable, and Emotiva erc CD player, but what kind of cartridge, that is type/make/model number? Pro-ject makes many turntables and fitted them with many different cartridges.

2. Are you not happy with the sound when using the turntable, or the CD or both?

3. How are your speakers positioned, that is, distances between the left and right, and your sitting position, the toe-in angles and their distance from the walls?

Nothing wrong with your current electronics that throwing more money at Anthem gear will "solve". Who is telling you this? Reviewers or salesman (almost the same thing in too many publications)? Same person who sold you on that nonsense Audioquest wire?

I'd concentrate on answering questions about your room and setup, that is where you can make the biggest differences. Electronics are a minor part of it and you already have good gear.

Bear in mind, IMO the Legacy Signature SE are pretty neutral, not "bright" speakers at all, despite the AMT tweeter. It may be that you simply would prefer a "brighter" speaker. I'm not sure that you'll hear much difference between mid range solid state electronics.

Since you have the money to spend on stuff, you should get a measurements microphone kit and take measurements now, and when you purchase new gear and compare them. Also measurements can determine if something is wrong with your room. That's my final thought on it.

This is a plug and play setup

Thanks a lot for your help I think the better option is to demo at my home with my speakers, I hope the dealer can’t do this

Of course they can when your spending good money. Just tell them you dont buy a Porsche without driving it first. I do stand by the case for measurements, as that is the first line of understanding your setup

...I buy the legacy (speakers)....sound great...
I have the emotiva xsp-1 preamp with emotiva xpa 2 power amp, but I not happy with sound...
What?

How can you be unhappy with the sound if the sound is great? :D

Like other members have said, the amplifier isn't making the sound warm or unclear.

It's probably the room acoustics or your stereo preamp is doing some kind of EQ to the sound. Make sure the preamp is in Bypass/Direct/Pure Direct mode to bypass all EQ.

Now if you just don't want Emotiva anymore and want something else, there's nothing wrong with that. And the Anthem STR Integrated Amplifier should sound great if you also bypass all EQ (Direct Modes),assuming your room acoustics is decent.

I hope, my legacy signature se cost $7,000 are great speakers but emotiva don’t give the legacy capable , much people tell me anthem sound is incredible
Your speakers are probably great speakers.

The truth is, I can make great speakers sound awesome even with a $500 AVR and make great speakers sound like total garbage with a $5,000 Preamp if the room is bad and the setting is all wrong - like some bad EQ.

I have the Anthem STR integrated, so I'd imagine same sound as the separates, I love the sound. I compared it to a Denon and Marantz, very true, not too bright not too warm. Love mine. Hope this helps.
