I need some ideas

I want to get the electronics off the dresser because my wife is accepting of it but not happy. I was looking at floating audio shelves to be put on the wall on the left side of the display (see attached pic) but the max weight each glass shelf could hold is 22lbs. The Yamaha weighs in at a robust 34 lbs. Any idea? The dresser has to stay in that location.

If shes anything like my wife the middle of that dresser is already full. We have one with 5 large drawers in the bedroom. I get one drawer lol.

If were me I'd eliminate all the electronics and add a pair of powered speakers with a cheap da converter in between

Floating shelfs. And you can make them to hold anything out want. I had some for my krell amps that were 115lbs each. But I did keep them close to the floor as I was scared to death that they would fall, but never did
If you can do some drywall work all you have to do is cut the Sheetrock from the wall right in the middle of the studs and nail some deadwood blocks into the studs and then put the piece of sheet rock back up and mud in the cracks and then you can install your rods into the wood that you installed and you can make some very sturdy floating shelves

Why would you need more?

Why not mount the speakers on the wall, bottoms lined up with the tv bottom, then, have a shelf system straddling that sub by the curtain and components stacked?

For starters, I would absolutely mount those speakers on the wall. Maybe move the dresser to the right, and mount two shelves above the sub. One for the avr and One for the other stuff. Also, not sure which stb that is but directv boxes like that have keyhole slots. When I had dtv I mounted on of those behind my wall mounted tv(kids media room). Nice and clean. Thankfully I went back to dish , but the joeys don’t wall mount.

I only get one drawer too. LOL. . I’ve never even thought twice about that.

I'll order a pair of B-Tech wall mount speakers because I'm upgrading those Alpha Mites to the Alphas which are considerably larger speakers. I may move the sub to the other side of the door way which will be left of an armoir and run the sub woofer cable along the molding of the door. Hoepfully I can get the cable in white to make it less intrusive looking. That will leave me more room for a small narrow audio rack on the left side of the dresser. Thanks for all the inputs. It has given me options.

It is controlled via wireless with a phone or tablet and doesn't even have to be visible. A pair of speaker cables up to whatever speakers you choose, easily hidden.

Plays whatever files you have on a mapped drive on your network, almost any radio station on the internet anywhere in the world, or streaming almost any service of your choice (except iTunes.)
