What would solve this if I can’t move center speaker?

The only practical possibility would be to move the TV.

Can’t it’s wall mounted in the center. Any IR extender?

Show us a pic to see the way you have it setup. If anything put a piece of 3-5 inches of wood under your TV to elevate it or if on wall just get a shelf.

I had the same idea but.... on left is AVR, IN middle, on top is that center speaker and on bottom is amplifier and on right is Dish TV box. Only way to move is tv up a couple of inches. I would like to avoid that if possible.

Does anyone know if there is anyway to extende I R receiver?

Putting that center on the amp is a bad idea. Heat no good. I re-suggest what I said before. Just get an extension cord if needed. IR not sure if it has a attachment in the back of your TV? If yes then search amazon for it. Move that amp whatever you do.

Wouldn't a Logitech Harmony remote with the Harmony Hub and "IR Blasters" take care of this while adding the ultimate in total control?

Not to worry about the heat. I was conserned about that also so I ran the amp for 2 days with speaker unhooked, and checked it often, no heat at all not even warm. The amplifier was putting out music the whole time.

You could put a small mirror to the left of the amp pointed at the IR of the TV. The mirror should bounce the IR to the TV reliably. You can get a nice small 'decorated' mirror, similar to the clock to the right of the amp.

The other option, which is really better IMO, is to swap your Blu-ray player and the amp. It will lower the center speaker by a couple of inches, clear the air path around the amp, and shouldn't cause any issues. Even if you had to build a small shelf for the center speaker above the BD player, you would still have clearance if done properly.

I haven't needed to use the TV remote for years, all channel and sound come from my cable box running through my receiver and speakers. The cable remote turns off the TV too. I stopped using any sound output on my TV when I realized how bad it sounded on my last TV, a 40" Sharp. From using the same TV I have now, a 40" Toshiba, I don't think it sounds as good as the Sharp did.

I only use tv to watch. All audio goes thru my system. The only thing I use the tv IR for is to turn the “tube” on and off.
