Teac A-1D....good value, good sound?

Teac products, integrated amps no less are rarely seen in the U.S. yet there it is on Amazon.com. This amp is advertised at $175.00. From what little info I can find on it... What? Hifi, Soundstage.com, and a German forum, it gets relatively high marks for a budget integrated. Any thoughts out there. Thanks.

I was looking at this amp a month or so ago. Looks very clean but didn't find many reviews or opinions on it. Bump for anyone w/ experience with this unit?
