Audio Speaker Sizing for Church Sanctuary

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for the audio speaker system for a sanctuary of a church. I am very new to this subject, can someone lead me to the basics and where to start? I was looking at http://www.mh-audio.nl and is not easy.

The speakers have to be at the right and left side near the front of the sanctuary. It can mount it to ceiling also.

Sanctuary Room Size:
Length: 23.4 meters
Width: 22.4 meters
Height: 6.9 meters

Definitely those would be very small to fill that size space. Look at JBL pro audio and similar.

agreed. This is almost 13000 cu ft. It's huge room and you do need pro level speakers to fil it.
I'd recommend QSC K.2 series speakers for better audio quality, but you could probably get by with cheaper Behringer Eurolive

Thanks for the responses, I have checked the QSC K.2 series, there are 3 models in the series, K8.2, K10.2, and K12.2. I have read the manual, but just how do you decide which one is the best one for the room size? Maybe I will just contact QSC for more details.

Larger models would have improved bass and a bit louder. How much you need to up the chain depends on how loud you ( I assume MUSIC) to be. Imho even K8.2 should sufficient.
