1st post this looked like a good place to start

Looking to upgrade my HT setup currently have hand-me-down monitor audio radius 90 that are 8-9 years old and sightly damaged from moving a few times
wife is currently remodeling living room area so things are getting rearranged and figured its a good time to upgrade with everything getting disconnected for ahwile

Space im left with for HT isnt very wide maybe about 7 feet wide but 12 feet long and 8 feet ceiling only have 2 feet of space behind seating position
Upgraded sub not too long ago with a
BIC America F12 12-inch 475 Watt very happy with it and will probably add a 2nd sub in the near future
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0015A8Y5M/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

and plan to get a Denon AVRS730H https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XYHTQTH/ref=ox_sc_act_title_6?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1

speakers will be close to wall so front ports seem like a better option
So what im considering for the rest is:
Under budget
Fluance Signature Series Bookshelf surround speakers x4 with center $450

or
At budget
Wavecrest audio HVL-1 x5 $550

or
Over budget
Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2 x4 with C5.2 center $700 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B4Q5588/?coliid=I3PHH6LVDH4O17&colid=1UOX9WAOADX0Y&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it

Reviews on the wavecrest are a few years old and dont know if they are still relevant but the price works for me.
If the elac is leaps and bounds better than anything els in this price range ill spend the $ but would like to stay in budget might have to mix-match rears to save a few bucks

This is what i`ve come up with I am open to suggestions haven't looking into HT upgrading in 8-9 years so just having a receiver that can accept HDMI audio is a huge step for me
Use would be 80% Movies/TV and 20% Music/Games

Thanks for any insight and/or opinions you can give me

As long as they are going for $120/pr, the Sony Core SS-CS5 is a great value (they were a very good value at $160) and worth consideration
BestBuy has a 14 day return policy, or you can buy through Amazon Prime and have 30 days to return.
You can also get the towers for $160 each and $120 for the center, so you could get 6 ea. cs5 bookshelfs for $360 (with an extra) or Towers for $320/pr, center for $120 and surrounds for $120/pr for a $560 5.0 package.

The speakers haven't changed so the reviews are still accurate. Along with the other suggestions these should still warrant consideration.
