My new Denon AVR keeps trying to pair to a Bluetooth device and it stays on the screen. Is there a way to turn this off? It pops up about 30 min. after I turn everything on to watch TV. I don't think I even have a device for it to connect to.

If you try everything including turning bluetooth off and it still does this, the quickest solution is to do a factory reset. If it still does it right after that, then you should get the unit replaced.

Didn't see anything in the manual how to disengage it if you don't want to use it.
May need to call Denon how to.
