Gators in your yard in Texas, bears in your kiddie pool in Minnesota. About the same difference, take photos, post them to the internet, remind your spouse that you don't have to outrun the gator/bear, just have to outrun your spouse.

My mom and sister said there's some flooding your way, but not too bad yet. She also said "it's still raining tho...".

Yep. Rivers all ways flood here when it rains a lot in a short time. We didn't get near what they thought we were going to.

It finally quit raining an hour or so ago. Still windy though.

Wow, didn't realize it was forecast for such a deep strike inland. Hope your luck holds!

Just wish we could get just a little bit of that rain...we've been dry for 70 plus days and it's smoky as hell from multiple fires all around us from dry lightning strikes a while back.
