I got mine from @DigitalDawn but she has since reported that she is out.

She is not an authorised dealer but a reseller for Denon. I didn't hear of them and hence I didn't buy from her. Hunting for a similar better offer now a days.

We are an Authorized Denon dealer. The only difference is that we are not direct dealers, but rather a dealer who purchases product from a Denon distributor. We therefore do not have yearly minimums but we pay more for product than a direct Denon dealer.

Warranties from us are 100% the same as from a direct Denon dealer.
