I have a small home theater room that I am looking for advice on a sound setup. The room is about 10' by 15' and is prewired for 2 front, 2 rear, a center, and subwoofer in the rear wall. This is the setup I was going to buy and current cost to me:

Receiver rx-v381bl 245.00
Subwoofer Psw505 189.99
In ceiling rc80i 149.99 x 2 = 299.98
In ceiling center 255c-rt 197.80

Total 932.77

I would like any critiques or suggestions, the price point I am aiming for is around 1k. Thanks for the advice!

Firstly, don't post model numbers without brands. That just puts more work on people who may not be familiar with those particular models.

Second, read Common Mistakes When Setting Up a Home Theater, paying special attention to the "All ceiling speaker surround system" section.

The receiver is a decent choice. The subwoofer you've chosen can barely be called a subwoofer. The subwoofer doesn't have to be the same brand as the mains. In that price range, the BIC V1220 would be a much better choice. See CEA-2010 measurements. For your mains, I strongly suggest going with cabinet speakers -- Philharmonic Affordable Accuracy would actually save you some money over the LCR you've currently chosen while offering profoundly better sound. If you must do architectural speakers, then at least do in-wall. Suggestions:

Absolutely do not use in ceiling speakers for the front three. That will be worse than the TV speakers!
