Recently purchased the Marantz 8801A to complement my relatively new Pioneer Elite Atmos speakers.

I have not setup the 8801A while my current system is a Yamaha HTR-6290 set to 5.1 with Zones 2 and 3 occupied but rarely used.

What simplistic device(s) do I need to purchase which would enable me to use the traditional two speaker wire connection which would connect to the 8801A Marantz pre-pro?

You have a preamp. That is not a receiver. It has no power amps and will not accept speaker wire. You need a power amp between the Marantz, and every speaker. You connect the speakers to the power amps with speaker wire.

If you are going to use 11 channels plus zone outs, you will need two devices like this.
