I have been doing a lot of reasearch on this item but can not seem to find much information on it especially in English. I know it is from France and a fairly high end piece of equipment, most of the ones I've found are silver while mine is gold. I'm not sure f that makes a difference or if that is just another color it came in. I am trying to determine a price for it but have been getting prices all over the place. If someone could please help me out as to what this is actually worth it would be greatly appreaciated.

Never heard of it myself and it's only worth as much as you can get for it in the time period you want to try to get it in. You might review sold listings on ebay for an idea of what may have happened or not. For the specs I've seen, a 2ch amp at 60w/ch (8ohm)/90w/ch (4ohm) I'd not think very much, to me such an amp is near worthless actually.

"near worthless" caught my eye. I was sure it was worth more than "near worthless".
Nope. I was wrong. One google search and there's a used price service out there that values such items.
A place called usedprice.com

They set the value at a towering $3.99.

Even if they are 500% wrong, that's still $20. I guess to the OP, that means the value is in the eye of the beholder. If you are smitten with it, buy it and enjoy your purchase. If you are trying to sell one, it may cost you more to advertise it than its worth. As the previous poster indicated, value is whatever a person is willing to pay at the time and place of purchase.

Yes this is pretty much worthless.

This is a late 90s amp from a French manufacturer nobody has heard of. No idea if the amp is any good or regularly blows up. The manufacturer seems long gone so service is likely impossible.

If people are in the market for vintage gear they want something iconic, that is also useful and can be serviced. If it does not fit that description it is worthless.

So a 1969 Quad 303 power amp 45 watts per channel will set you back $300 and if expertly restored by Quad or a known Quad expert and restorer may set you back as much as $600.

The reason is that they are a really good amp, unconditionally stable, highly durable and iconic because they were the first solid state amp that really did sound as good as tube amps, and I think better, and did not blow up in the first few weeks of use. That is what people want to own a part of and will pay for it.

Take a look on eBay today.

And here is the page of its companion preamp the Quad 33.
