Yes this is pretty much worthless.
This is a late 90s amp from a French manufacturer nobody has heard of. No idea if the amp is any good or regularly blows up. The manufacturer seems long gone so service is likely impossible.
If people are in the market for vintage gear they want something iconic, that is also useful and can be serviced. If it does not fit that description it is worthless.
So a 1969 Quad 303 power amp 45 watts per channel will set you back $300 and if expertly restored by Quad or a known Quad expert and restorer may set you back as much as $600.
The reason is that they are a really good amp, unconditionally stable, highly durable and iconic because they were the first solid state amp that really did sound as good as tube amps, and I think better, and did not blow up in the first few weeks of use. That is what people want to own a part of and will pay for it.
