pioneer VSX520 main unit display not function

recently my vsx520 main unit display not function.
other function of the vsx is working.

another thing not function is the remote.

i try to reset the vsx, but since now display, i do not know if it working or not.

can some one help me.

It needs a new display and or driver circuit to the display. It is an older low end unit that is not worth the cost of repair. Time to recycle. I would advise a better quality unit next time. Start at the middle of the range and not the bottom.

Yes. But what i afraid it just a simple thing need to repair. Maybe it just a contact issues.
Buy a new one will be last resort solution

Any repair on a receiver is rarely a simple matter. Open it up and clean the plugs going to the display with tuner cleaner. If that does not do the trick, you are on your own. This being a contact issue will be like winning the lottery.

Fuhh. It must be my lucky day.
When in open my avr. I found the screen have a burn mark. With some air blow. Tighten all ribbon cable. All cable actually i touch. Then my avr come alive. Yeah. Some some hard earn money with a simple open and close a screw.
