Home Theater audio setup help

Hi, So I recently picked up a Sony XBR-55X850D, I'm now looking to do a home theater setup. The room isn't very large as it's about 15x14. I currently have a Schiit Asgard 2 and Modi 2U for my PC along with a pair of beyerdynamic DT 990 600Ohm headphones and a pair of Presonus E5 studio monitors as well, this is all for gaming and programming/dev work on my PC. Basically I want a AV receiver with ARC capability and support for HDCP 2.2 as will and a 5.1 audio setup since the room isn't very large. My budget is around $600 to $800.

Any help on where to look or what to get is greatly appreciated.

Alright so with that AVR and my presonus studio monitors it would work fine on the pre-outs? Also I have this subwoofer as well that should work with it: Presonus T8 Temblor Powered Subwoofer. That should work fine as well? If so it looks like I'll just get the AVR and use my current speakers/sub. Thanks for the help.

$600 for X3200W is excellent price, but DO double check if seller is authorized by Denon or you won't have warranty on it. Electronics Expo is one of the sellers and I'm pretty sure they are Authorized.
And yes - it will work with your "sub"
Connect to pc with HDMI or spdif, not using your asgardian shiit.

Alright thanks for the advice, I'll connect my PC to the AVR without the AMP or DAC so I can use the studio monitors/sub as well for the PC. Thanks for the advice and I checked Electronics Expo and they are indeed an authorized seller. With the AVR do I go 2 RCA's to the input on the sub then output to the studio monitors or just pre-outs to the monitors?

Edit: Presonus has a diagram on their site

yeap, that diagram seems legit :) and pretty easy to follow.
Don't overspend on cables. Monoprice has good selection

Alright sounds good! Just wanted to double check on everything, I do IT work all day but honestly never did much with sound systems until recently when I decided to get into a bit. Maybe I'll pick up 3 more monitors for a 5.1 setup but I don't think I'll need it. Thanks for all the help!

Just connect one sub pre-out on the avr to one of the rca inputs on your sub, if you need you can use a splitter (may give you 6dB of gain if needed, but normally not needed), but the sub signal is mono on the avr's sub pre-out already (if you had stereo only output for L/R rcas then I'd connect both and let the sub sum the signal to mono). On the sub, also set the high pass filter to off, maximize the setting on the low pass filter.
