Having a cook out today, grilled salmon. Got the fire lit just in time for the rain to begin. Fretted for ~15 minutes as I got the charcoal lit & apple wood smoldering. Slapped on two 1" thick salmon fillets, and covered the Weber. The temperature is now about 330-340° and it will be fine even in the rain. Just in time . It's going to rain the rest of the day.

Richard, it is raining here as well. But, we still managed to grill some hot dogs and hamburgers. Just passed out some ice cream cups. Vanilla, Chocolate Swirl, and Strawberry Swirl! No cake this time.....LOL!!!! Salmon sounds delicious!
