There was a man here locally that was supposedly arguing with another. Then, one of them got into their truck and drove off. The things is though, there was a dog tied to the back of the truck. The driver claims he did NOT know. The dog survived, but was badly injured as you can imagine. Needless to say, the driver got arrested! Will NEVER understand people like that!
