Hi I have a question about damping Factor how important is it because I want to buy an amplifier that's can't control my speakers lowe volume levels.

With modern design solid state amplifiers, they all have way more than you need.
With SET tube amps, it might be a different situation.

Short answer:

Modern solid state amplifiers, the damping factor is just about the most useless spec on the entire spec sheet. Modern gear, don't even worry about the DF.

I'm not so sure about that I want an amplifier that can gripped my speakers the one that I've been looking at is an accuphase e 470 but it's very expensive do guys have any recommendations of a amplifier that gives a smooth slightly warm sound but this can grip the speakers well.

It won't grip the speakers. The passive crossover components in the speaker totally negate any damping factor that would allow the amp to control the speaker.

In order for amp damping to have any effect on speaker driver control you have to have an active design and the amp must be inside the speaker enclosure and connected to the driver with a very short large gauge wire of very low resistance.

The only effect of a low damping factor practically is to reduce the power available from the amp at high frequencies. However amps with low damping factor sound fine as there is little power demand at high frequencies. If there were high power demands there would be a lot of blown tweeters!

What source to the amp, and what speakers to output from the amp?

I don't know yet because I gave my old system to my brother I gave him my cabasse io2 loudspeakers and the Bladelius thor 2 amplifier it had so much power and it had total control over the speakers it was just and experience to listen to music or watch a movie it was like being on a vent or something like that I had only two speakers but it was like I had 5. it was amazing that's why I'm looking for a amplifier that has that amount of power because once you experience that's kind of effect that the amplifier that totally gripp the speaker's has then you won't settle for anything less but the one amplifier I'm really interested in arcam sr250 I like what they're doing there that has always been my dream to have a 2-channel amplifier that can play Dolby Digital and dts but the problem with that amplifier is that it is a class G amplifier and I won't Class AB toroidal transformers.

Punctuation and paragraphs. Ever heard of such a thing? It helps make statements READABLE.

I have a pair of Threshold T-50 amps that were modified by Michael Bladelius. I'm curious about his current amps & preamps. I've never seen any of his modern gear in the USA. How do you like his line??

It is very good but all his amplifier needs about a half an hour to an hour to warm up but after that they come alive.

With cell-phones and texting, punctuation and paragraphs are things of the past.

That amp has 165 watts per channel at 8 Ohms, no mention of damping factor.
The speakers are 8 Ohms nominal and 93 dB sensitivity.
No wonder the perception is there to have so much power.
As stated above several times, DF is of no concern and most likely other factors gave you the perception of control, whatever that means.
