Hm... Depending on how P.A.'s legalization vote goes, I may be willing to make that drive. :D
Well it's a good enough reason as any to come to Pennsylvania, The Alabama of the North, as James Carville once described it. :)

You coming to New England anytime soon? I already have a 2600 and really don't know what I would do with yours but man, that's a killer rec'r.I like those EQ memory settings you can switch to on the fly. I paid $350 for mine delivered a few years ago but of course I would have to talk you down. :)

what? off the ledge? ;)

that's about what I paid a few years back too and I was happy as pie to keep it but my beloved Brunhilda couldn't get the hang of switching inputs between the tuner & TV watching without bursting a blood vessel, so I moved the RX-A3000 in there and she was mollified, while stating, "when are u gonna stop spending money on this stuff like a drunk sailor" Shoot Me Now!!!!

That's a very nice receiver. I remember an old member Chris used to rave about it like it was the second coming. FWIW if you use the UPS Store or FedEx store they will package, insure and ship it for you. I know if I was in the market I'd be trying to talk you into shipping it. So you should be able to move it pretty quick IMO.

u guys have given me second thoughts about selling the unit. I've also got a 2700 to sell too but with a bum HDMI board ... thank u carpet guys. maybe I'll just move the 2600 or the 2700 into the garage and sell the Denon amp/AVR (85WPC) that's in there ... decisions, decisions. at least it's one less, I'll give u $50 bucks for it phone call.

down to my last AVR to sell, a Denon AVR75. dealing with the bargain basement hunters was a pain in the a$$ but luckily the units (Yamaha 2600 & 1070) went to good homes and the 2700 is safely ensconced in the garage and Britannica is mollified. it's a good day. now I just have to deal with the local water utility this afternoon. let us pray. :)
