I tried to contact Samsung and they were not all that helpful and very apologetic that this was happening.
I would love to use the digital signal but unfortunately the sound bar is cheap and it not interface with digital signals. The only input is a 3.5mm jack which I have connected to a digital converter so I can use the SPDIF. For some reason I can not use the supplied RCA cables and hook directly to the Back of the tv, I get no sound that way.

I had a look at the user manual. The presentation of that manual is a disgrace, on a par with the TV.
I now understand your problem. That TV outputs at the optical audio out, what the program is as a default. So you will have to change it each time.
Practically no TVs, if any, have analog audio outs anymore. Yours does not. The audio RCA jacks are inputs and that is why you get no sound from them.
So you will have to use the Toslink optical out and a converter. These cheap converters only handle digital PCM.
That Nak sound bar is totally junk and produced by criminals I reckon.
NAK was a famous mark and went broke. The name got bought by what I'm pretty sure are a bunch of criminals. The first time I had a post about those awful sound bars, I went to their sight and downloaded what purported to be the user manual. However my computer was immediately taken over by outrageous malaware. It took me six hours to get rid if it. In fact a little while later I found my DNS settings changed and in the hands of criminals. I could not trust that computer anymore and bought a new one.
I would just get rid of that sound bar, and get that one that will handle anything that the optical SPDIF sends it.
Unfortunately you have low end everything and are paying the price.
I hate cheap junk and I continually advise against it.
