Just bought em...also I picked up the DXB headphones and the DD S-Link....so a DD trifecta. Roughly $225 for all 3 shipped. I have never had a pair of headphones these will be my first. I think today is the last day if you call...the website has bumped up the prices already.

Cool. What's funny is the only reason I saw this product was an advert on the side bar while browsing AH forums.

So don't thank me, thank my browsing habits. ;)

PS: You don't want to know what else pops up on the side bar.

I've seen the brand mentioned on here a few times. When you go check out the website, it seems to me that they are geared towards car audio primarily or originally, then bled over into the other markets.

Yes. I figured for this price it was a solid risk to take. maybe they will be the new MB Quart....I can only hope.....

Mine arrived yesterday. Listened to them for a few minutes and they sounded decent enough. They definitely feel pretty light. The seam for the wrap is visible but it's on the bottom of the speakers so that's ok. For $120 I think they are pretty good. I would not recommend them for $279.

Sounds good. I plan to build a small diy sub to pair up with them. They will go in a room we play cards or board games...no critical listening by any means. Just clean simple solution with basically no wiring or anything....

They should definitely meet your needs then. The built in amplification and subwoofer out are very convenient. I'm gonna be using these along with an old Onkyo SKW-770 10" sub from an HTIB (HT-S7200) for my computer.

The High Pass filter sets these apart from several similar models and is something I wish stereo receivers with sub-outs had - even if preset at 80Hz.
