I would like to get amp for 2 headphones that have separate volume control for both outputs. Any suggestions? Nothing too fancy as it will be used for movies, so cheaper the better.

I don't know of any products that have two outputs with two independent volume controls in one box. Just buy two boxes.

I have seen one with 4 outputs and every output also had volume control.. Don't remember the maker or model tho.

Budget is 100-200€. I want headphone amp to connect with my receiver to run 2 different Ohm headphones at same time when watching movies at late night and that is why I want with separate volume controls. Polsen and Talent units look promising, even tho they aren't really pretty, suppose I have to take a read on those how they perform sound wise.

Would you report back on your findings after you get the unit(s)? I'm curious too.

Thanks!
Alex.

Seriously, I have no life.
I have used the Art piece with four output jacks a few times, but not for headphones, just sending audio to several receivers for distribution or level-matching. Never noticed any noise, but I was using on-ear phones and I was in a room with a bit of other noise. For $65, it's a good start.
