Energy package on sale

Best buy has a complete ENERGY package on sale right now ( well, except it includes ONE tower speaker....that makes no sense to me ). Usually 1800 on for 900.....any opinions on ENERGY speakers?

Energy puts out a quality product. If you like the sound, feel safe in going for it.

It is unheard of that a system would only offer one tower speaker. I could see two, maybe even three, but not one. I tried to find that system you're talking about but failed. Can you post a link for it?

I couldn't believe it myself....I want to phone best buy and apply for a marketing position cause I could do it better!

I would not get this, because their better RC series is on sale at Frys. You can get RC-70 for $230 each, RC-LCR for $220, and RC-10 for $230/pr. I think this would work out very close in price while getting better quality. Check to see how long Fry's sale will last and if you can order online if you do not have a store nearby.
Also have 10" energy sub for $100, but I'd get a Dayton Audio SUB-1200 for $150 instead.

PS since the photo shows 2 towers, I think it is safe to assume a pair of towers.

I'm pretty sure that is a typo on the ad. The picture clearly shows two towers.

I don't know if Frys is in Canada or not. They are not at all well represented in the US compared to Best Buy.
