This guy seems to be a bit imaginative on a lot of what he is saying. And since when is tapping your feet a sign of jitter and/or imperfect synchronization?

Imaginative? That's putting it rather diplomatically. Take anything from this snake oil vendor with a healthy dose of skepticism. Even better, do yourself a favor and ignore him completely.

Seriously, I have no life.
https://en.wikipedia.org/?title=Jitter

Anyone who listened to CDs using one of the early CD players has heard jitter when, as the link indicates, the player skips blocks of data or double-plays it. His explanation left something to be desired, but when more than one clock is used, jitter is going to happen because it's a bit harder to synch them.

He has test equipment- he MUST know.

YouTube video's uploader comment says, he is PS Audio consulting digital expert, Ted Smith... Going forward PS Audio gear gets my extreme snake oil prejudice evaluation. I'm sure they make good gear, but, that's like saying, Monster makes good cables.

Ted Smith's technique is prevalent in the audio industry.. using technical jargon to support false arguements that baffle the uneducated and the gullible to advance sales of their own/company's product. I hate shite like this!!

So, it's basically the old "If you can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshiit", eh?
