First listen through I wasn't fully sold on this album, but I picked up a lot of interesting things from it and knew I'd have to give it time. On many subsequent listens, I'm really finding a lot of subtle layers in the songs. I hadn't paid as much attention to this one at first as well, but I've quickly grown to love it, especially after seeing it live.

Interestingly, at the show I think he did the opening portion of The Watchmaker in multichannel at the venue. I pulled out my ear plugs and listened; it was impressive!
