What amplifier classification is Yamaha's A-S500 integrated amplifier?

Yamaha's owner's manual doesn't say, but it's safe to guess that this is a class A/B amplifier, as are most solid state amps sold.

Some solid state amps are hybrid class A-A/B, but if that were true for the A-S500, I would think Yamaha would make sure to mention it. They didn't.

The same would be true if this amp was class D.
