I have a 5.1 speaker system. It has a amplifier inbuilt into the subwoofer. While setting up the system I had extended the speaker wires. The front left speaker wire is shorter than the front right speaker wire. But I watched a couple of Audioholics videos in which and read a article in which it was mentioned that wire length doesn't matter as long as the ratio of the longer and shorter cable is lesser than 5:1. In my case the front right speaker wire is probably 2 twice as long as the front left one. I tried plugging in the front left speaker into the front right socket on the amp and it was as loud as it was when connected to the front left socket. When I plugged the front right speaker into the front left socket it still produced lower sound. I checked the connections and they seem fine. How can this be solved?
