Emotiva has new owners or something?

Hi guys, I have not been buying audio gear for a while, went back to Emotiva product line again, bought their product from Amazon as price was better but they fulfilled me with used old generation product instead of pictured model. Notified Emotiva about it but instead of offering to work with me they told me to send them pictures and 2 hours later price was adjusted on Amazon to match Emotiva. Is Emotiva still managed by the same crew that was there 3-5 years ago? I was always impressed by their customer support but if they changed owners and now have that "another CE" company attitude I certainly do not care for that. Just want to know what is happening at Emotiva?

Emotiva has the same owner since its inception. It looks like they are just listing their gear on Amazon for more visibility. If you call their toll free# you will find someone to help you. I've never had a problem getting in contact with them and I am sure most of their customers on our forum can say the same. Good luck to you.

I'd bring it to Amazon's attention. You can prove that the pictures don't match what you were sent. As such, they'll let you return it. If what you're saying is true, they were doing a bait and switch and I'd look to another company. Outlaw's 975 is supposed to be a great competitor for that particular product.
