Denon Avr-x4000 strange issue

Recently I noticed that my front left speaker (klipsche rb61 ii) was playing at an extremely low volume compared to the right. You wouldn't even know it's playing if you didn't put your ear up to it. I reset my receiver and it worked again. But when I went to set my subwoofers back up and switched my speakers from large to small the left speaker stopped working again. Please help. Any and all suggestions will be appreciated.

When you go back into the speaker set up menu, has the db volume setting to that speaker changed or not?

Does this happen with all inputs, HDMI and analog and the radio?

Have you switched the speakers, to see if the problem moves with the receiver or speaker?

If this is all inputs and the problem stays with the receiver and not the speaker, then it is service time for that receiver. You have already tried the reset which you should have done and still have the problem. Hopefully this unit is still under warranty.

Yeah, first check the Speaker Channel Levels.

2nd, have you implemented Audyssey?

Then it needs a day out with a service tech.

Then obviously your receiver has a problem.

Usaly a Hard reset of the AVR is required hold the power button down for 20 sec then try if not unplug it from the back for 2 min .

Did you buy this AVR brand new or was it refurbished?
