ok, let me clear some things

1) it's the wild west here, except we're not allowed to fight back
2) this happens regularly here, where the politicians suddenly become high and mighty bastards, that ordinary folk are considered peons. (i'm only 99% sure it was a politician)
3) if the victim was any other person, that person should just suck it up, because justice ain't ever coming around.

i wanted to share this here because poetic justice is the closest we can ever hope for. if you have lines to your politicians and or FBI, call them about this

unless something gets tons of media mileage here, this incident will die a natural death.

i'm just so happy this turd messed with the one guy that's not afraid of him and who he should now be afraid of.

Sad to say, mike, but your three points are fairly true here as well.

And, the mainstream media only tells you what the "powers that be" want you to hear and ignores anything that goes against the current policies set forth by the masters. You have to go to alternative news sources for a lot of stuff that otherwise gets ignored. Conversly, most of Americia has no idea what's rally going on and refuses to believe it when disabused of the truth.

ne example of many: White cop shoots unarmed black kid = media circus. Black cop shoots unarmed white kid = total silence. Yes, it's happened.

Why is it so hard for them to 'look up' a known license plate? That's something which can be done in the USA in a matter of seconds.

As is always the case, if it involves anyone of any significance at all, suddenly there is radio silence from law enforcement as they try to determine the best way to cover their collective butts instead of dealing with the issue appropriately.

good point. somebody here mentioned that he knows a cop with a phone app that can check car ownership within seconds.

obviously, they're trying to see if there's enough (or lack of) media mileage to release or not to release the info because they are afraid of that politician

mike c, this sounds so familiar. We lived in the Philippines for most of 1987 to 2005 - in Cebu City. One of our neighbors ran - unsuccessfully - for the Senate. He had five or six guards outside his compound armed with automatic rifles. One day my dear wife stopped her car, got out, and complained to these guards (using her fluent Visayan Cebuano) that someone needed to clean up the trash outside their gate. When she told me what she had done I was shocked. Yet within a few hours the trash was removed.
