I have just set up my system. Enjoyed a couple of movies, but just watched The Eagles Farewell I Tour - Live at Melbourne. It is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! Other concert suggestions?

What kind of music do you generally listen to? And do you have multi channel system or do you listen only in two channel?

AC/DC Live at Donnington is pretty good. I also really like the Blueman Group - How to be a Megastar Blu-ray.

Yup...that's my personal favorite and likely best recorded Dvd... I own. Another one I would recommend but not for the faint of heart is Metallica's "Through the Never" the bass is intense and sounds amazing...to me. I also own Quebec Magnetic but much prefer "THN"...I can understand if you're a fan...but it's up there...IMHO....YMMV....however.

I heard it with my XS30 and SB13U...maybe that is why is sounded so incredible...lol. I see you have the SB13U in your sig...very fine sub you'll need the added excursion with that disc;)!!

I've got a 5.1 (wish it was more, but in due time :). I'm in my 30 day trial with the Aperion's. I like them very much, but I've decided I'm going to send them back and go with RBH's. There's no doubt that this concert was the best sounding thing I've listened to them though. It was amazing!! Will definitely be buying more concerts. Just looking for more suggestions...

The Complex is also good although maybe only in DVD. (not sure about that)

Adele Live at the Royal Albert Hall is Blu-ray but the audio is DD. Still way better than the CD audio quality of the 21 album.

One that I bought off of Alex's fine suggestion: Chris Botti in Boston. Not a rock concert, but outstanding audio, IMO.

A few favorites are: Whtie Stripes Under Great White Northern Lights. More of a documentary/concert footage, but it is very good if you like them. Also Dave Mathews & Tim Reynolds live at Radio City - impressive audio.

I am a metalhead, so that means I don't have that many concert blurays because not many metal bands release blurays. lol
My favorite is probably Metallica - Quebec Magnetic. Great picture and audio.

PASSION, it looks like she is on strings...
She sure plays the hell out of that violin. I just could never get behind Jethro Tull. Something about a flute in rock music just doesn't sit well with me.

Roy Orbison - A Black & White Night - is one of the best re-mastered BD concerts I've ever heard so far! It shows you HOW a paramount job has been done in terms of AV though; really impressive to say the least :)

Ian anderson is a rock legend, how can you not like Jethro Tull? I love the fact he incorporated the flute into rock, I wouldn't care if someone used a bag full of bumble bees as long as it sounded good..
