Bose suing Apple over Beats by Dr Dre.

Yeah, that's a mouthful. It's all over the noise cancelling headphone technology which they say Apple "misappropiated" from them.

Say what you will about Bose, their research in this area is first rate and they did pretty much start the ball rolling in this area.

Not being a techie or a legal eagle, I have to assume that there are several different ways to skin that cat. I guess if they don't use the ways that Bose owns the patent on they are free and clear.
