My rep mentioned that it would be a whole buy out, not piece meal or divisions closing. They have been looking for a TAD buyer for 3 years, with Harmon interested as a rumor

My first receiver was a JVC... second was a Pioneer.
Feels like another pillar of my youth is disappearing.
