Yeah, well, you can also tell the difference between amps. Doh! :D;)
On any given Sunday ;)

Apparently, there are difference tellers and non-difference tellers and that may have a correlation to actual differences. ;)

I may finally get around to selling the Outlaw 7500 which is just sitting in a box under the pool table.

I bought a new Monoprice 18GB 4K'ish Redmere HDMI cable for the BDP-105 and I could not tell the difference. I could also not tell the difference between my DAC using a USB cable found in the bottom of a box (i.e came with a printer years ago) and the $35 AudioQuest cable I bought.

There is hope for me :p :D

I am utterly disappointed. :D

He's just a golden kind of guy. :D

I think it depends on what kind of TV/display you have and how far you sit when it comes to differentiating 1080p vs. 1080i vs. 720p.

Brown. My kids have blue and green. A testament to recessive genes :p

In the summer I am golden, in the winter I am green :)

1080i is better than 720P watching Football on my 65ZT60 (Verizon FIOS), but that could be due to the cameras in use and/or the TV service provider. I do not see much difference with regular programming.

Yeah, who knows with TV & sports. I probably don't watch enough to pay attention.

But with all the new 1080p pristine ultra clear BDs, that's when it's difficult to tell the difference.
